Purpose: the machine is mainly used for carding the output fiber net, cross folding, evenly laying and stacking into a certain thickness and width of multi-layer fiber net for the next process.

Features: flat forming, short noil distance, even net laying, conveying next process after pressurization. Adjustable between nets, differential compensation, frequency conversion, bottom curtain lifting and width of nets can be adjusted.

Fold the mesh fiber combed by the carding machine evenly and lay it to the required width and thickness for the use of the pre piercing machine.
